Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients and partners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle order processing.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines and track milestones from order to shipment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and handle basic client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Good English skills (written & spoken) for client communication.
