• Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond product specifications.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.

  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, or rust due to natural aging.

Warranty Period

• Standard warranty period is 12 months from the delivery date unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

• For project-based or large custom orders, specific warranty terms may be negotiated individually.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact our customer service team with your order details.

2. Provide photos or descriptions of the defect for evaluation.

3. If approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost (excluding shipping if applicable).
