Sales & Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients and partners.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle order processing.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage project timelines and track milestones from order to shipment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle basic client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good English skills (written & spoken) for client communication.
